The RDA is at the heart of this story. Our approach combines commercial acumen with a deep understanding of place-making, ensuring that we deliver schemes that not only attract investment but also make a tangible difference to the lives of our residents.

As our new Managing Director, you will provide the leadership to build on these achievements and take us into the next phase of growth. You will work alongside a committed and talented team, supported by an experienced Board, to deliver our ambitious Growth Plan and ensure that Rochdale continues to be recognised as one of the most dynamic and business-friendly boroughs in the North West.

This is a highly visible and influential role. You will be the leading advocate for Rochdale, representing us on regional, national and international stages. You will shape our partnerships with investors, government and universities, and you will help unlock the once-in-a-generation opportunities presented by Atom Valley and the Northern Gateway. Just as importantly, you will ensure that regeneration is inclusive, sustainable and delivers real benefits for communities across our towns.
